The article presents a variant securing of field treatment institutes by mobile command points in combination with creation of automated system of control of a separated medical unit of special purpose and improvement of communications devices, computing and relaying of data. Such improvement of system of control permits to solve governmental tasks and make decision more effective, spending less time.

[About the improvement of communication system and information transmission in medical service control in airborne division].

Frequent changes in tactical, rear and medical situations cause the medical service officials of airborne division (ABD) to obtain and transmit the data characterizing the medical service forces and means for a lot of times. It decreases the effectiveness of the control process. Equipping of ABD medical service staff with programming-and-technical systems (PTS), development of algorithm of official interaction, creation of report forms and selection of materials necessary for PTS database input will contribute to the effectiveness of ABD medical service control.

[The perspective technologies of treatment-and-evacuation support in conditions of modern military conflicts].

One of the urgent directions in improvement of the system of RF AF medical support is the use of automation means, the final aim of which is the improvement of troops (forces) medical support quality under conditions of modern military conflicts. Robotization of medical service activities (of those aspects where it is possible and reasonable) will allow improving the labor productivity and efficiency of medical staff, reducing the risk of combat injury, protecting the medical service personnel from extreme factors of physical, chemical and biological nature.

As a result of research it is proved, that the most significant factors of competitiveness are quality of rendered medical services. All can be estimated the necessary parties of quality on the basis of medical standards. The technique of an estimation of quality of out-patient medical aid consists in comparison of the standard of groups of parameters of quality (diagnostics, treatment, results), considering their factors of weightiness) with real data of concrete patients.

In conditions of market economy the improvement of quality and competitiveness of services rendered in order to obtain the maximal economical results (profit) from their realization is one of the strategic tasks of any military treatment-and-prophylactic institution. That's why the main purpose of economical analysis of military institutions' treatment-and-economic activities is the search of inner reserves and choice of directions for best investments.
